This kit contains everything you need to host a group (minus the snacks). Includes: one Series, one Leader’s Guide, one Journal, and various bonus items that vary per title.

Extra Leader’s Guides
Some groups prefer for each participant to have their own leader’s guide. The Leader's Guide is designed to facilitate meaningful discussion by providing carefully crafted questions and guidance to compliment the Series. It is easy to follow and includes helpful tips on how to lead a small group.
Extra Journals
If you want the best experience for your small group, we recommend that each person in the group also uses the journal. One is included for you in the kit, but additional copies can be purchased a la cart.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Many of our studies are also books. While the book and study complement each other and cover the same themes, they are not designed to be used simultaneously. The Journal and Leader’s Guide products are designed for the purpose of a guided study.

For select titles you will find t-shirts, wristbands, artwork or other accessories may be available. We prefer to only create items that we feel will enhance the experience of that study (for example, the not a fan t-shirt has led to many conversations about Jesus and even stories of conversion).

Not a Fan was a life changer! I’m a student pastor at my church and we did the Not a Fan teen edition curriculum and it definitely changed many of our students’ lives. The way we look at “follower” is now different and more accurate. We were challenged to grow and many did grow tremendously. Kyle Idleman really drives home the point of what it really means to be a true follower. We will be starting “The End of Me” in a few weeks. We have the small group package and we can’t wait to start the series.

This is an amazing, beautiful, inspiring, and God-centered small group study. The two DVDs contain four stories of God working in four people’s lives to bring them to Him through brokenness to a real relationship with Him and then leading them down the paths He had planned for them. While very different in their scope and direction, viewers can easily identify with the stories in their own lives.

The leader’s guide is not overwhelming at all. It’s set up for four sessions for four weeks. It’s very simple and straightforward, and encourages both group interaction as well as individual contemplation. It even offers suggestions for dealing with any problematic issues that may come up within the group.

The journal is set up in four 7-day weeks to follow the group session. Each day includes a Bible verse or passage and teachings and activities (mostly a little bit of writing) centered on it and aimed at examining onesself, opening up to God, repenting of and correcting sinful and wrong/negative behavior, and encouragement to grow spiritually as a Christian.

I am really looking forward to sharing this study with my family and my church.

As a Small Group Leader and Pastor, I have used every resource made available by Kyle Idleman and City on a Hill and I have never been disappointed. His latest, “the end of me,” is in many ways like his other studies; timely and encouraging. “The end of me,” challenges us to let go of the things that we so dearly cling to (the idols in our lives) as our identity and worth. The testimonies featured in the four sessions provide us with real examples of how gracious God is to us in our failures and shortcomings. Kyle’s teachings further encourages us see ourselves as God sees us – broken and beloved. With clear biblical teaching, he reveals that God’s character is truly that of a Father who longs to be reconciled with His children and His desire that we seek out the lost in every area of life. Kyle’s demonstrates that God’s perspective and plan is not that we bring people to church, but as the church we take Jesus to the lost. Great Small Group Bible Study for Youth through Senior Adult. This was the study that I needed to compel me to do something about my complacency.

As a pastor I received a preview copy of End of Me. When I got it I thought I would just do a quick watch through of the material. But once I started to watch I realized that this was a series that couldn’t just be watched for information sake. It is a series for transformation. I am slowing way down and taking the time to do the journal as well.

This series is truly a useful tool in understanding yourself and your “real” relationship with Jesus. With that understanding, the path clears. Jesus is real, His love for you is real and you finally know you can come to Him just as you are. My only disappointment with the study package is that it doesn’t include a copy of the book.

Jesus didn’t shy away from the real brokenness of real people. And neither should our teaching. Our class is 2 weeks in, and I’m glad we’re digging into the stories of these video sessions!
